Seller inquiry privacy notice

When you submit an inquiry, Irina Kumits receives the name, email, optional phone number, property address, timing, preferred contact method, and any notes you provide. This information is used to respond to your request and discuss real estate services.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s private database, accessible through authorized site management. FormSubmit processes the inquiry details to send an email notification to Irina; FormSubmit’s privacy policy describes its handling of that information. They are not published on the site. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a recurring marketing campaign, and this form is not connected to Lofty.

Please do not include financial account information, identification documents, or other sensitive details. You may ask to correct or delete an inquiry by calling (619) 540-9685.

External resources linked on this site have their own privacy practices. Website hosting may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.
